ORDER
- Confirmation of order will be made via email/whatsapp. If you do not hear from us in the next 2 hours, please call us at +60 11-5921 1898 .
- If any flower / material is not available, we will be replacing the flower with something of a similar value or greater without sacrificing the overall look and feel. As flowers are sensitive items, the size, shade, bloom and colour might differ from the image shown.
CANCELLATION
- Cancellation must be made more than 48 hours before delivery date. 50% cancellation fee of the total purchase will be applied.
- Cancellation request within 48 hours before delivery, full purchase amount will be applied.

- Ordering Date: Monday – Friday

MONTHLY FLOWER SUBSCRIPTION
- For corporate monthly flower subscription, weekly flower will be replenished on every Monday. Company to advise 7 days in advanced if office is not opened on Monday (company off day or public holidays). The flowers will be replenished on the next working day. No refund/replacement will be made for missed subscriptions due to office closure.
